Chalet Max is a comfortable detatched chalet situated less than 200 Metres from the Schilthorn cable car station in Gimmelwald. The chalet is situated facing south and looking over the famous Lauterbrunnental towards the ever changing panoramic mountain view.
Chalet Max was built in 1986 and is a very comfortable family owned and used holiday home. On the ground floor it offers a large 40 m2 living room , a well equipped kitchen and a WC , it also has a spacious entrance area ideal for changing footwear etc. Upstairs is a double bedroom , a bigger bedroom with a double bed and three single beds and a bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin etc. Chalet Max has full central heating. Outside is a terrace with table and benches and a long south facing balcony. Below the chalet is a large cellar, with storage space for skis etc., a deepfreezer and washing machine, there are plenty of sledges, which are available free, for guests to use.
